GNOCCHI GRATIN WITH GARLIC BECHAMEL 🧑🍳
INGREDIENTS:
3.5 oz. pancetta or 3 thick slices
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups whole milk
4 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
17 oz. package gnocchi
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Topping:
2/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter
