3-Ingredient coffee mousse recipe

Описание: If you love coffee, this easy mousse will be your new favorite treat.

Ingredients:
240 ml whipped cream (1 cup)
25 g sugar (2 tbsp)
1 tbsp soluble coffee
2 tbsp hot water

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mix instant coffee, sugar, and hot water until smooth.
2. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until peaks forms, I’m using my powerful cordless mixer from the new ZWILLING Xtend range.
3. Incorporate the coffee mixture into the whipped cream.
4. Enjoy the coffee cream as it is, or on desserts like cakes and brioche.
