Habit 1 - 1:15 - Figure out what you want, and actually do what YOU want, not what your friends and family expect of you.
Habit 2 - 3:00 - You do not get to criticize unless you are in the arena (walking your talk, doing the work)
Habit 3 - 4:58 - Have your own personal code of honor and actually stick with it
Habit 4 - 5:40 - Never cave to pressure from other people (you are the leader - so lead)
Habit 5 and Epic Rant - 7:00 - Don't try to be liked - try to be yourself. If other people don't like that, it's okay.
