While their walk along the hallway of DPWH Central Office seemed cordial as captured on CCTV footage, Batangas 1st District Rep. Leandro Leviste reportedly took some budget-related documents by force which resulted in the late Usec. Catalina Cabral sustaining a papercut on her finger, according to some DPWH personnel. Meanwhile, some DPWH Batangas employees also claim over 20 staff members of Rep. Leviste searched for documents in the Batangas 1st District Engineering Office supposedly without proper authorization. Leviste 'vehemently denies' both these allegations.
