I have declared this video 'made for kids' on the grounds it is about computer game and kids love playing and watching computer games. In response Youtube disables comments and other stuff on my vidoes. See my channel announcement:

It would be more appropriately marked 'mixed audience' since it isn't really aimed at kids but kids and adults will watch it. COPPA allows for mixed audience videos. Youtube however has not implemented mixed audience videos, I wonder why?
