吐司面包部分:
1.高筋面粉85g
2.盐1g
3.糖12g
4.蛋液15g
5.牛奶40g
6.黄油7g
7.速发酵母1.5g
巧克力蛋糕部分:
1.蛋(egg)3颗,一颗蛋约55g
2.无盐黄油13g
3.牛奶33g
4.无糖可可粉 10g
5.低筋面粉33g
6.糖40g
烤箱温度與烘烤時間:
175 °C/185 °C烤25分鐘(約15分取出中間畫線)
185 °C/175 °C烤15分鐘
總共烤40分鐘。
或
180 °C (350°F)烤40分鐘(約15分取出中間畫線)
