This is Part 1 of a series of videos illustrating how to solve MATH PSLE 2021 questions. Viewers are introduced Exam Smart Strategy "RAISE": R-Read, A-Annotate. I-Identify, S-Solve and E-Evaluate.
Viewers (Students) are guided, step by step, on how to read and chunk each word problem and annotate (using underline, circle, arrow, box) key words. From the key words, viewers can identify concepts and heuristics associated to each question. Once a specific concept or heuristic is identified, solving the question proceeds. Viewers are encouraged to evaluate the solution to check for reasonableness and accuracy.
