Ingredients:
Eggs
Vanilla sugar
Milk
Dry yeast
Sugar
Salt
Flour
Butter
Cinnamon
Ricotta
Powdered sugar
Heat 200g milk to 30-40°C
6-10g dry yeast
For the entire recipe, use 400g flour. Add 3 tablespoons of flour to the dough mixture.
Sugar 20g
Cover with a towel and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
3 eggs
0.5 teaspoon salt
Vanilla sugar 10g
Sugar 60g
Add the dough mixture
Gradually add flour. The dough should hold its shape and not stick.
Butter 70g
Cover the finished dough and let it rest in a warm place for an hour.
Roll out the dough. Makes about 50x40 cm

Sugar 70 g
Cinnamon 15 g
Roll into a roll, but loosely so the dough doesn't burst during baking.
Slice the roll with a string.
Cover with a towel and set aside for 30 minutes.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 C
