NBI denies Franco Mabanta 'set up' in alleged Romualdez extortion attempt operation | ANC

Описание: On The Scene: The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Thursday transferred social media personality Franco Mabanta to its Muntinlupa detention facility, where he will be held. The NBI arrested Mabanta and four others on Tuesday for allegedly attempting to extort P300 million from Rep. Martin Romualdez in exchange for not releasing content on the Peanut Gallery Media Network (PGMN), linking the former House Speaker to flood control anomalies. PGMN has denied the accusations and claimed the arrest was a “setup.”
