Crystal growth simulation in Blender's Geonodes

Описание: This simulation starts with a crystal unit, (isometric, tetragonal, orthorombic, monoclinic and triclinic) which is defined by the edge lengths and interior angles of a cube mesh. The sim adds new geometry to verts with probability proportional to how many verts they are attached to (edge vertices have fewer neighbors than face vertices). A parameter adjusts the bias toward edges or faces for their affinity to attract new geometry. Here it is creating an isometric crystal with a slight bias toward edges. Notice how that although placement is random, the facets of the crystal stay at 90 degrees from each other and the corners are truncated generating the secondary angles found in cubic crystals.
