Ingredients :-
500 g chicken
salt to taste
200 g basmati rice
4 onion
.150 ml oil
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp kashmiri mirch masala
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 bowl curd
1-2 green chilli
fresh mint
chop coriander
2 tsp garam masala powder/ biryani masala
food colour
viniger
Desi ghee
garam masala
