1. Prepare the Cells
Use LiFePO₄ 32140 cells with the same voltage and capacity.
Check each cell voltage (should be around 3.2–3.3V).
Make sure all cells are balanced before assembly.

2. Decide the Configuration
A 24V LiFePO₄ battery = 8 cells in series (8S)
To get 15Ah, connect cells in parallel as needed.
Example:
8S × 5P = 24V 15Ah (depends on cell Ah rating)

3. Place Cells in the Holder
Put the cells into the plastic holders or frame.
Arrange them neatly for series connection.
Ensure correct polarity (+ and −) direction.

4. Connect Cells in Series and Parallel
Use nickel strips or copper bus bars.
Weld or bolt connections carefully:
Parallel first (same + to +, − to −)
Then connect series (+ to −)
Make sure all connections are tight and clean.

5. Install the BMS (Battery Management System)
Use a 24V (8S) LiFePO₄ BMS.
Connect BMS wires in order:
B− → Battery negative
B1, B2, B3… → Each cell group positive (in sequence)
B+ → Battery positive
Double-check wiring order to avoid damage.

6. Connect Output Wires
Connect P+ and P− from the BMS to the load/charger wires.
Use thick wires suitable for current load.
Add a fuse if possible for extra safety.

7. Insulation and Protection
Add insulation paper or fish paper between metal parts.
Secure the BMS on an insulated plate.
Make sure no short circuits can happen.

8. Final Testing
Measure total voltage (should be around 25.6V).
Test charging and discharging slowly.
Check that the BMS cuts off correctly for protection.

9. Pack and Finish
Wrap the battery pack with PVC shrink wrap or put it in a case.
Label the pack: 24V 15Ah LiFePO₄.
The battery is now ready to use.
