The Engine Control Module (ECM) has detected that the signal from the DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) injector circuit is lower than expected.

The reductant injector is an important part of the SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system, which injects DEF into the exhaust stream to reduce harmful nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions. If the circuit voltage is too low, the injector may not spray DEF correctly, leading to emission system problems.
