MVC at Lowe's Hardware - Dover, Delware

We were two blocks away when Fire and EMS were dispatched for a Motor Vehicle Collision with roll-over and entrapment in the parking lot of Lowe's Hardware Store in north Dover, Delaware.
It turned out to be a minor MVC with no roll-over and no entrapment.
I was just passing through the area and I am not at all familiar with Kent County, Delaware. However I believe the units responding are Saint Francis EMS, Kent County Paramedics and Dover Fire Dept Engine 2 and Engine 5. One unit from Dover Police also arrives code. Sorry for blurry video, this camera hates LED lights and has good days and bad days. Today was a bad day.
