These fluffy oatmeal griddle cakes are super yummy and a really beautiful healthy-ish breakfast! They are a cross between an oatmeal cookie and a pancake so they have a soft spiced aroma that pairs so well with tons of fruit for a breakfast (or dessert) that’s such a beautiful way to boost your day!

Recipe:
1 banana mashed
1 tbs chia pudding
1 tbs vegan butter
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 cup soft wheat flour
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tbs coconut sugar
150ml oat milk
Pinch of salt
