Script Validation: Reviewed the agency brief and script to ensure native English phrasing and clear marketing hooks.

Asset Selection: Curated high-quality stock footage mixed with client assets to create a seamless visual narrative.

Pacing & SFX: Used a "snappy" editing style with synchronized sound effects (scrubbing, transitions) to maintain viewer retention.

Motion Graphics: Added clean, easy-to-read text overlays with a clear Call to Action for the specific location (Marietta, GA).
