Having experienced racial profiling, systemic racism and racist comments myself is one thing. But hearing about my father’s stories and witnessing what he had to go through in his lifetime as left me speechless. And he is one of MANY who have experienced a level of injustice that would make you think that the human race has no consideration for life.

Let’s keep taking actions that will force a foundational change is our society. We’ve all had enough and the time is now.

The message behind the song A Change Is Gonna Come by Sam Cooke has been one I’ve wanted to share since the moment I heard it when I was a kid. This February I had the opportunity to share that message and share the stage with @aloeblacc for one of the most meaningful moments of my career.
