So now how do you network? Networking doesn't mean you have to go places and be with cool people, it's more than that. There are two networking mindsets, sociopaths and creators. If a sociopath is more detrimental and short term. Meanwhile, creators (long term) will form value and skills will increase. The main way to establish health networking is to make friends with people who make you comfortable, dare to leave the circle if it's negative, and don't build a network for the sake of network because it will potentially become a sycophant/taker.
