Damn, so close to 6.5mil! I could have picked up just one more medal in any of the two stages, and given the way the boss bonus works, it would have done the trick! Like the ones I miss in both stages. Or the fish I can't destroy in time in stage C. Or one of the fish I don't even uncover in the first place. Aw, man. Better luck next time.
In any case, this Fire Lancer run has some personal improvements in both stages' quick-kill, which is also where the additional points are coming from. Stage C in particular is one I am getting a bit more familiar with, though as you can see it still managed to make me die at the wrong place and time, thus reseting my medal chain.
As always, plenty of room for making new discoveries and refining the strategies. It is a bit trickier than with the Fire Lancer ship as AFAIK nobody else really uses the Zamenhof and there's no reference, but in a way being the one to explore this ship's possibilities is fun too!
