Welcome to our first yoga class of 2026! We are kicking off the new year with a calming, beginner-friendly yoga practice designed to help you slow down, stretch tight muscles, and feel more at ease in your body.
This 30-minute gentle yoga class is low to the ground and requires no special equipment, making it perfect if you’re new to yoga, returning after a break, or simply craving a relaxing practice. We’ll focus on stretching and releasing tension—especially in the hips, where stress and tightness often build up.
This class is ideal when you’re short on time, feeling stiff from daily life, or need to unwind after a hectic day. Expect slow, intentional movement, deep stretches, and a calming pace that leaves you feeling grounded, relaxed, and refreshed.
Step onto your mat, take a deep breath, and ease into the new year feeling calm and limber.
