Phase 4 can only be completed having a nice Aluminium Factory up and running. And it is now the time to do exactly that.
The only question is where and how do i get the required resources to that factory.
If you have done already a play-through, then you are fully aware of what is required to build such. But having mods like the UpsideDown, Decorations and Architecture mod allows a slightly nicer appearance.
Of course all done again in the Pragmatic Build Style without any fancy facades.
