A small layout tour as I chase my imagined NS manifest 16K around my apartment.
Locomotives are Broadway Limited, Intermountain, Athearn Genesis, and ScaleTrains: Rivet Counter. All consists feature detachable MU cables, real walkway chains, and magnetic train line and ER/IND/A&R hoses.
Rolling stock are a mix of really everything: from Athearn, Atlas, and Walthers to Intermountain, ScaleTrains: Rivet Counter and ExactRail to Red Caboose, kits, and even custom-made. All are equipped with Athearn Genesis or Tangent Scale Models trucks with animated spinning bearing caps and prototypical Kadee Scale metal couplers.
Layout is Bachmann EZ-Track and is DCC controlled with an NCE SB5 5Amp Power Cab system.
