At the beginning,it will be hard to approach him.later I used some techniques and spend my time more for him..With in 2 days I gained his(male budgie)Trust on me.
Slowly he loved to play on my fingers and I used to start to try petting him on his head,cheek or even beak,he loves being scratched on his neck.. repeatedly I follow my easy steps (which I given in this video) daily for 4 hours..
