I reflect on spiritual bypassing, the difference between surface-level “feel-good” spirituality and real inner work, and why it is no longer enough to outsource your truth to belief systems, teachers, trends, or external authority.

This is an invitation to come back to your roots and to remember why you started. To examine which structures in your life are truly yours—and which ones you’ve simply inherited. To strengthen your inner compass so you are not pushed around by fear, ideology, or overwhelm.
