Welcome to my vegan weight loss journey! At the time of making this video I have been vegan for 56 days and the first 30 days lost 12 lbs! Join me as I track my journey including weight loss results, tips and tricks, as well as yummy vegan recipes!

My goal in making these videos is to help anyone who is considering this lifestyle and struggling to lose weight. Believe me, I’ve been there! (And am still on that weigh loss journey!)

Recipe: ( 1 serving)
🔺1/4 old fashioned oats
🔺 1/4 c favorite plant based protein powder
🔺shake off salt
🔺stevia or maple syrup (optional if you want a sweet taste)
🔺 1 tsp flax seed powder
🔺1/2 tsp hemp hearts
🔺 1/2 tsp chia seeds
🔺plant based milk to consistency
🔺 Microwave for 45 seconds to 1 minute
🔺Top with fresh/frozen berries, Pb fit, bananas or whatever your favorite topping is!
