~ This documentary was filmed in 2005 at Camp Pluckyfluff East.
"Fifteen spinners gathered in Lisburn, PA in late October 2005 to participate in "Camp Pluckyfluff East", a two day workshop showcasing new techniques, approaches, and methods of making handspun yarn."
This camp was taught by Pluckyfluff herself, Lexi Boeger (http://www.Pluckyfluff.com )and was hosted by Material Whirled, a handspun yarn business I used to run with my late friend Angela Place.
