RV Safety : U- Bolt Danger

How have we never heard of this? After a bunch of research, we found that this is apparently a big deal and frequently leads to broken leaf springs which can lead to blown tires ultimately leading to being stranded on the side of the road. Not to mention the crazy danger this could put a family in.
Every single one of our bolts was loose, that's 16 bolts on a tandem axel, with a couple of them already working their way up the bolt, I couldn't believe it.
What a crazy safety issue that we have never heard of.
On a positive note, we found another safety check to add to our quarterly maintenance inspection. Sooner if we're traveling alot more.
