Israel’s air force commander and military intelligence chief held a meeting to review plans for possible action against Iran, the Ynet news website reported. The plan of action that was discussed during the high-level meeting would be put in place if the US launches a strike, the outlet added.
Israeli Air Force chief Tomer Bar and military intelligence head discussed military readiness, approving and finalizing operational plans for possible action against Iran. According to the report, Israel could take part in such a scenario if it comes under attack. This came as US officials cited by NBC said US President Donald Trump has not yet determined specific targets for any possible strike on Iran.
