Born out of frustration at the unjust ethnic cleansing in the former Yugoslovia, “The Prayer of Children” is a stirring lament with hauntingly honest lyrics. The song has been performed by more than a 100 choirs, often at memorial services of tragedies, and is a welcome balm to those hurting.
