Описание: I bought this motor at an estate sale 2 years ago for $15. About 2 weeks ago I decided it was time to get it running. The Phelon coils tested good and didn't have any cracks. I cleaned and adjusted the points, as well as the carburetor. in the barrel it ran very nice, but was not pumping water. Water pump impeller is no longer available. I came across a thread on the AOMCI that said a Johnson impeller part #386084 could be modified to fit. The new impeller is thicker, but the OD and ID are the same. I thinned it down on a belt sander, then used a dremel tool to widen the groove for the drive pin, also cut the end of the exposedhub back a little leaving the rubber protrude. This is a nice running little Mercury. I love it.
