There is a lot going on with foiling. Controlling the wing, the board, the position of your feet and trying to figure out if you are in the right position to get the foil to lift and stay steady once up to give smooth and controlled flight.
Good position is dependent on knowing where the balance point of your foil is under your board. Here a simple way to find the balance point and where your feet should go in relation to that point.
