This is an original Sega arcade control panel from a Project DIVA Arcade Future Tone cabinet modified to work on a regular PC.
Inside is an Akishop PS360 PCB to make the main buttons work, a RS232 serial adapter for the Touch Slider signalling and 12v power straight from the PC's PSU to power the slider and the button lights.
Made from solid steel it has 4 Sanwa 100mm buttons with LHSXF optical switches and 12v LEDs. The bottom of the unit is a modified hollow wooden shelf which is needed as the switches and wiring extend below the bottom of the panel.
The Touch Slider is entirely Sega's own custom design featuring 32 seperate touch sensors with full RGB lighting across the length of it. It's fully multi-touch and there seems to be no limit on how many touches it can sense at once.
This is being used with the latest version of PD-Loader which allows for the original slider to be used, making it a perfect reproduction of the arcade experience.
