The Mob boss is encountered on Fear and Hunger and Masochism difficulties and can be extremely challenging as it consists of 3 moonscorched individuals, the most dangerous being the one with the Meat Grinder buzzsaw. They will ambush the party in the city of Prehevil at certain locations, but taking them out will grant you a broken bench grinder item which is necessary to make the best weapon in the game.
