Exploring Three Cliffs bay & Pennard Castle

Описание: An evening spent exploring the magical Three cliffs Bay and Pennard castle.

Three Cliffs Bay beach offers a shoreline of spectacular sand dunes, salt marshes, ruined castles, and of course, the iconic Three limestone cliffs. A particularly photogenic part of the Gower Coast Path, Three cliffs is great location for both sunset and sunrise.

I would argue that this is the best beach on the Gower, would you agree?

Parking is available at one of three locations.

Best for families and those wanting to spend the whole day exploring the area. £3 all day with toilets, food and drink available near by.

Best for sunrise and those wanting to visit the beach at high tide. Free parking but no facilities.

Southgate - https://goo.gl/maps/4xHkNQeAqWxJqkEN9
Best for a fleeting visit or sunset, food and drink available in the village. Free to park but please do so responsibly.

Lifeguards: weekends and bank holidays only in May and June, full time during May Half Term and summer until 5 September

Dogs: Allowed on beach all year
