Here are
Approx 700grams
Sardines
Marinate with salt and turmeric
For Green masala
In jar 1/2 coriander bunch
1/2 tsp turmeric
4-5 garlic flakes
1 tsp cumin
4-5 Clive’s
1 tsp black pepper
1 cinnamon
1 inch ginger
1 raw mango
6-7 green chilies
Add water and grind to fine paste
In pan for seasoning
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 large onions chopped
1 large ripped tomato
