Former Prime Minister and Moresby North-West MP Sir Mekere Morauta is questioning a payment by Oil giant Oil Search to the National Government.
In a statement, Sir Mekere questioned the 150 million kina payment for aggrieved landowners in Gobe, Moran and Kutubu.
Meanwhile a faction of landowners in Moran PDL 5 have threaten the Government to shut operations if outstanding 35 million benefit is not paid.
