Moving from Cleveland, Ohio to San Diego, California nearly a decade ago, Jody and I got to know a California saint, Swami Sarvapriananda. When he would give talks at our local Vedanta Center, his immense gift for clarity impressed us all.
Swami would talk for an hour about non-duality, Advaita-Vedanta and awakening to the truth of your most genuine identity. Could self enlightenment happen in this lifetime, I would ask Swami, and his answer would always be the same. Of course, it is your birthright.
In this interview Swami teaches, entertains and laughs. He wants others to know that time spent on learning the most you can about your own self, is always the best way to spend one’s life.
