I've adored this song since hearing it at the US Open a few months ago. The way it's constructed just begs for drastic speed changes, even if they're ambitious to pursue.
I have no critiques for myself with this video. If you can open up and honestly express yourself, which I feel I was able to do here; specific choices and technical bugs fade into the background.
As of this week, west coast swing has been 1/4 of my life. I'm turning thirty, I've been doing it for seven and a half years. This feels significant, for someone who didn't start as a junior; and this is a nice dance to mark off the milestone with. Lizzy is, as always, superhuman.
