In a big development, the Rouse Avenue Court discharged all 23 accused, including former Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his deputy Manish Sisodia, in the Delhi excise policy case that had led to both their imprisonment.
Acquitting the former Delhi Cm and Deputy CM, the court emphasised that serious criminal allegations against two AAP leaders must be backed by substantive material, not inference or narrative.
