In this 1-2 hour In-Home FREE design consultation one of our CAD Designers will develop a few model-design-layouts of your basement and help you chose the one that best suits your needs and requirements (our software automatically generates a set of drawing for us to get your building permits), we'll give you a virtual reality tour with our pro-tools to show you what you'll get after construction (immersive VR experience that you wont find anywhere else), and as a proud BILD & RenoMark™ member will provide a transparent detail proposal describing line by line the breakdown cost and scope of work of your basement project. After, we'll invite you to our decor centre, where one of our interior designers will help you select the finishes, materials and colours... then in just 4 to 6 weeks you will be enjoying your new lovely harmony basement for many years to come.
