The data transmission is MIL-STD-188-110, which is 39 tones and contains both data and speech. It is used all over the world, so this does not help with identification either.
The signal was very strong and clear for a few minutes, then it quickly deteriorated. I think it was a result of the Asian sunrise around 8 am.
Incredibly, even an AI that knows 200 languages couldn't identify the language. It recognized words from Taiwanese Chinese and Telugu, which is unbelievable.
