Alright, let's jump right into the materials we'll need for this project. Don't worry, they're all easily accessible and budget-friendly, so you won't have to break the bank to create this beauty. Here's what you'll need:

A foam 14 in. wreath base
Faux tulip flowers in your desired colors
10 bundles (these were from Michaels) ( 2 bundles each of 5 different colors)
Greenery with babies breath or any greenery with little white flowers of your choice to add to the bundles
floral wire cutters
Floral Greening Pins/ You can use floral wire as well
