-This is the second time in Middlesbrough's history they've lost their first two league games of a season without scoring, previously doing so in the 2001/02 Premier League.
-Adam Armstrong became the first player to score two penalties in a league match for Southampton since Rickie Lambert against Millwall in March 2012.
-At 28 years and 142 days, Ozan Tufan became the oldest player to score a league hat-trick for Hull City since Dean Windass against Southend United in March 2007 (37y 364d).
-QPR have won three of their last five league games (L2), having won just two of their previous 27 before this (D8 L17).
-Fred Onyedinma became the first Rotherham United player to both score and be sent off in a home league game since Daniel Nardiello against Shrewsbury Town in August 2013.
