Описание: On the 24th of June 2015, the WWF Fisheries Co-management Project held its 2nd annual Beach Management Unit (BMU) Awards to acknowledge BMUs fully engaged in conservation, management and sustainable use of marine and coastal resources. The awards target rural and semi-rural coastal areas in the Southern parts of Tanzania in an effort to celebrate and encourage effective collaborative management of fisheries resources.
