Plantation Palms is a golf neighborhood in Land O Lakes. It is about 40 minutes from downtown Tampa and Tampa International Airport. And 20 minutes from USF. It’s about an hour from the northern beaches of Pinellas County.

Plantation Palms features 930 single-family homes and villas, with more than 450 homes on the golf course. Located off Collier Parkway near SR 54, Plantation Palms is convenient for shopping and restaurants. It is about 10 minutes from the Tampa Premium Outlets and 20 minutes from the outdoor Wiregrass Mall. There is also a Publix grocery store and Walgreens about 5 minutes away.

Some of the restaurants within 20 minutes of Plantation Palms include Chilis, Panera, Longhorn Steakhouse, Pollo Tropical, Chick-Fil-A, Starbucks, Ford’s Garage, and Bahama Breeze. There is also a Costco and Aldi nearby.

The schools are Lake Myrtle Elementary, Charles Rushe Middle, and Sunlake High. All are A-rated schools.

Inside the community is the Plantation Palms Golf Club, a David Harman-designed par-72 course that has rolling hills, elevated greens, and many water features.
