This is our version of Chilli Sauce most Turkish Restaurants and Kebab Shop Chilli Sauce is made differently and Serve it up with our Kebabs, but it can also be used to spice up other dishes or it can be eaten as a dip
Ingredients
Half white cabbage
4 Carrots
Whole onion
8 Green chillis
4 Brunches of celery
3 Teaspoons of chilli powder
3 Teaspoon of paprika
3 Teaspoon of salt
1/4 Cup oil
1/4 Cup water
5 Tables Spoons of tomato paste
Note: you can also add more Green Chilli's to make it extra hot and add more oil if needed if its to thik
