Local entrepreneur, Bulelani Mangcotywa from Nomcamba village - Ngqeleni in the Eastern Cape - has joined hands with other stakeholders to promote sporting codes in rural areas.
Football and netball teams from the Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal and Eastern Cape showcased their skills and talent to the sport fanatics.
The main objective is to unleash rural talent, fight crime and poverty.
Organisers say promoting local economic development and tourism through sport is part of their priority.
