In this fifth session, we begin our exploration of the flowWorkspace R package from Bioconductor, which will provide us with many of the infrastructural elements we will build on throughout the course to orchestrate our own analysis in R 🎻
We additionally explore how to not immediately murder our RAM when attempting to load in our entire datasets (whether from large individual .fcs files (that contain numerous markers and millions of individual events), a small legion of .fcs files (to account for every specimen, condition, timepoint, stimulation, etc) or both! 🔪 💻
