Tkinter window geometry to manage height width and zoom out using state and resizable() option

Описание: We can manage height width to resize the tkitner window. We can disable or enable the expansion or any changes to the window by using resizable options.

Using resizable we can manage which part ( vertical or horizontal ) is allowed to resize and which is not. We can stop total resizing by using false for width and height options.
By using state option we can zoom the window to full screen. The state option takes four values, zoomed normal iconic and withdrawn.
We can zoom the parent window by increasing the value of width and height on click of a button.
