we tried baking a Japanese cheesecake for the first time

Описание: Long story short, we were very disappointed with the Japanese cheesecake we bought from the bakery. The cake we got was very dense and with one bite we were full. We were expecting a fluffy cheesecake. So...we decided, we can just make it at home! This is our first attempt at making a Japanese cheesecake! We hope you enjoy this video :)
